Problem description:
The production and application of powders generate smallest dust particles that are released into the air. Working conditions are poor and pose a serious health risk.

Prevent unwanted dust formation in the production or application of the powder by adding effective anti-dust agent.

Anti-dust agents and LD-types of the ARBOCEL® Product Group: modified fibrillated JRS cellulose coated with suppressant vegetable oil as dust binder.
How it Works
By the binding of finest dust particles to the fiber in the powder, the dust formation is prevented. The dust binder is suitable for an extremely-exact dosing.
How to Use it

Individual components in fertilizer powder mixes react to humidity or temperature fluctuations and their surface is caking and particles stick together. Manufacturing processes are disturbed and final dosing becomes difficult.
How to Solve it
With the addition of a flowability agent, the particle structures of individual critical components, free-flowing dry blends and bulk blends can be achieved. This enables homogeneous premixes and masterbatches.
